Jolien Fagard

designer

Jolien Fagard graduated in 2013 as an interior designer from the former PHL in Hasselt. For her graduation project, she investigated the strength of leather and then designed the stool ‘Os’, with witch she won the Cultuurplatform Design Award in June 2013. In her current practice, she combines productdesign with scenography and photography. Jolien created the scenography for the exhibition of Toegepast 19. In 2016 she won the third price in the BKRK Wood Award with her design ‘Blokrijk Domino’. In 2017 she worked together with writers Moya De Feyter en Delfien Vanden Heede on an installation for ‘Moment’, a culture festival in Tongeren.
