Julie Van den Meutter graduated as a Master in Arts with a specialisation in Graphic Design from Sint Lucas Antwerp, and with a specialisation in Textile Design from LUCA School of Arts in Ghent. With ‘Tangible’, she placed both disciplines in opposition to each other for Toegepast 21. She confronted drawings with textiles and sharpened the contrast of the modi operandi of both disciplines.
