After graduation, Leen Hendrickx worked at Impuls, an advertising agency in Genk, followed by the Ghent graphic design agency Allround Creations. She designed job ads and other classifieds for Het Laatste Nieuws and for six years she worked at Synegorie, a graphic design agency in Brussels. Since 2008 she is a designer for ELLE, the Belgian edition of the international fashion magazine. Leen is a laureate of Toegepast 2.
