Raïsa Moureau (Hasselt) is co-curator of art house NUMMER18, an independent brand & content strategist (BCE 0805.755.937) and co-founder of the music platform What Happens.

Together with her partner Renaat Nijs she runs NUMMER18, a gallery with free admission housed in the townhouse at Martelarenlaan 18 in Hasselt. The programme runs six to eight exhibitions a year — at least seven are scheduled for 2026.[^2] In October 2025 she co-curated the group show THE 1% with Kristel Vanderlinden and Katrien Vandecruys, showing work by Souâd Feriani, Eline Rodiers and Renaat Nijs, built around the fact that only one per cent of global innovation focuses on women.[^3] NUMMER18 is included in Visit Hasselt’s gallery list.[^4]

Since summer 2025 Moureau has worked as an independent brand & content strategist. She writes for brands — web copy, interviews, press releases, newsletters — and contributes to brand-universe thinking.[^5] Her company was registered in autumn 2023 under NACE 73110 (advertising-agency activity), with its registered office at Martelarenlaan 18.[^6] For the Hasselt city blog De Kleine Ring she profiles local makers.[^7]

In 2015 Moureau founded What Happens together with Sophie Daniels as a blog about club nights and DJs; it grew into an independent platform for the Belgian electronic music scene. Ten years later the anniversary magazine What Happened appeared; the editorial team continues to publish interviews and event reports.[^8] Under her own name she played at AWAKE THE FUTURE in 2024, a breakfast trend rave in Antwerp’s WATT tower.[^2]
