Will Erens is a Belgian hospitality designer and entrepreneur from Maasmechelen. A self-taught designer, he started as a set builder and stylist before joining design agency Créneau at age 27, where he opened offices in London, Barcelona and New York. In 2002, he founded boutique agency Puresang in Antwerp. He then launched Too Many Agencies, an international hospitality design agency based in Amsterdam.

With Too Many Agencies, Erens realised notable hospitality projects including the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, The Siren, The Highlander Hotel and Gio’s at the River. In 2024, the agency won three FoodInSpace Design Awards: Best Bar and Best Murals & Graffiti for The Peacock Bar in Zwolle, and Best Fast Casual for Gio’s by the River in Amsterdam.

After more than four decades in the hospitality design sector, Erens sold his agency and founded DESIGNCONSIGLIERI in early 2026, a consultancy specialising in concept development, look & feel, restyling and creating instagrammable features for restaurants and hotels.
